Click on "Upgrade to Pro" inside the app, choose your preferred plan (€15/month or €150/year), and complete the secure payment through Stripe. Your Pro features are activated as soon as the payment is confirmed.
How many listings can I optimize?
The Free plan lets you test CraftSEO AI on 3 product listings with the same AI quality as the Pro plan and no credit card required. Pro users get unlimited listings, plus CSV export, advanced suggestions and priority email support.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your billing or account settings. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Pro doesn't save you time or you're not satisfied, email us with your order details and we'll review your request. Outside this window, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
How does the AI generate content?
The AI uses the information you provide about your product (description, keywords, style, etc.) and combines it with marketplace SEO rules to generate optimized titles, tags and descriptions. You always remain responsible for reviewing and editing the text before publishing.
Does it work for Etsy and Shopify?
Yes. CraftSEO AI is designed for marketplace listings like Etsy and Shopify. You generate titles, tags and descriptions in the tool, then copy and paste them into your listings. There is no direct API connection to your shop.
